1st VP: World Arrogance Afraid of Iran's Progress

Tehran, Feb 28, IRNA -- First Vice-President Mohammad Reza Rahimi on Monday acclaimed Iranian scientific progress and said that the World Arrogance has been frightened by eye-catching advances Iran achieved. Rahimi made the remark in a meeting with the members of Pardis Technology Park Board of Trustees. Rahimi said all enemies pressures and sanctions on Iran are not only because nuclear energy but they are frightened with the progress Iran has made. He said that they attempted to stop Iranians in their way to progress and advancements. He said that Iran today is very different from yesterday because Iran has currently many words to say to world people in the field of science and technology while it is tolerating pressures and economic sanctions./end
