Khazaee Hopes For Constructive Role By Annan In Syria

New York, March 3, IRNA – Iran’s Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the United Nations Mohammad Khazaee met and conferred with the UN Special representative in the Syrian affairs Kofi Annan. After the meeting, Khazaee said that he and Annan discussed the latest regional developments particularly those pertaining to Syria. He hoped that the UN envoy could play an influential role in the Syrian developments.
