Heydar Aliyev Heritage Research Center publishes new book in six languages

Baku, March 30 (AzerTAc). On the eve of Euronest Parliamentary Assembly`s Baku session on April 2-4, Heydar Aliyevs Heritage Research Center published a book “Historic Azerbaijani states” in English and other member state`s languages (Georgian, Moldovan, Ukrainian, Armenian). The book features information on the history of states established in the historical territories of Azerbaijan and respective maps. The edition has information on Mannea, Medes, Scythian kingdom, Atropatena, Albania, Shirvanshahlar as well as states of Sacilar, Salarilar, Ravvadilar, Shaddadilar which played an important role in the formation of common language and culture in Azerbaijan, ethnic formation of nation, Atabeyler, Safavilar, Garagoyunlu and Aggoyunlu states. The book reflects information on first democratic republic in the East - Democratic Republic of Azerbaijan, Azerbaijan Soviet Socialist Republic, and independence Azerbaijan Republic. An idea and preface of the book belongs to the president of Association for Civil Society Development in Azerbaijan, MP, head of the Azerbaijani delegation to Euronest Parliament Assembly, member of the Azerbaijani delegation to PACE Elkhan Suleymanov. Scientific advistor of the book ANAS member Ilyas Babayev, head fo the creative team Fuad Babayev. Advistor of the Heydar Aliyev Heritage Research Center Publications series is Asaf Nadirov.
