FRENCH LANGUAGE DAY CELEBRATED

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ On occasion of the UN French Language Day, the Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MNCCI) will host a cultural event. It has been co-organized on March 30-31 by the Mongolia-France center, the Embassy of France in Mongolia, the MNCCI and the Association of French Language Teachers of Mongolia. It also attracts diplomats of the Embassies of countries-members of the International Organization of the Francophonie. This year's day is celebrated under a motto “French language is our opportunity” around the world. As of today, some 1,000 students and youths are learning French language, over 3,000 Mongolians speak French fluently. B.Khuder
