PRESIDENT ILHAM ALIYEV SEES NEW BUSES DELIVERED TO AZERBAIJAN
Baku, 10 0ctober, (AzerTAj)President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today seen new buses at the Azadlyg square delivered to Azerbaijan to improve road-transport infrastructure in Baku.
Transport Minister Ziya Mammadov briefed the Head of State about the new bus routes
in Baku. To date, 200 Daewoo, 40 MAN, 20 MAZ buses and 100 ones made in China and
USA have been imported to Azerbaijan. In addition, over 100 medium-sized buses
brought by private companies are operating in Baku. New buses are set to improve the
quality of services and reduce traffic congestion in the capital.
President Ilham Aliyev viewed the 6 MAN and 31 Daewoo buses and gave respective
recommendations to provide exemplary service to passengers.
