Baku, 10 0ctober, (AzerTAj)About 2300 representatives of the Eurasian Lawyers Association (ELA) will observe the October 15 Presidential election in Azerbaijan.
They have already received the special election observer badges for Central Election
Commission, constituency and precinct election commissions.
