Baku, 13 0ctober, (AzerTAj) - Short-term election observation mission of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) has arrived in Azerbaijan to monitor the forthcoming presidential election.
The observers are already in the country`s separate regions to inspect the run-up
