Trans-regional Powers Tried To Create Ethnic Borders In Mideast

Tehran, Oct 10, IRNA -- Trans-regional powers have attempted to create new political ethnocentric borders by disintegrating Middle East countries, head of Foreign Ministry International Educational and Research Institute Hadi Soleimanpour said on Tuesday. He made the remarks in forum of Political Geography at Tarbiat Modarres University. Soleimanpour said Middle East is experiencing a transitional period in line with the ethnocentric borders to emerge. He said if regional countries fail to manage the transitional period, the trans-regional powers will succeed to bring ethnocentrism to the Middle East./end
