UN Envoy To Syria To Visit Iran

Tehran, Oct 14, IRNA – The UN envoy on Syria, Lakhdar Brahimi, will pay an official visit to Iran soon. While in Iran, Brahimi will meet and confer with Foreign Minister Ali-Akbar Salehi on latest developments in Syria. The visit will be made in line with Iran’s initiative to solve Syria crisis. It will be the first official visit of Brahimi to Iran as the UN envoy on Syria./end
