Lao IT conference attracts world experts
(KPL) – The 2008 International Symposium on Communications and Information Technology has just wrapped up in Vientiane, Laos, after three-day discussions by experts from all over the world.
Representatives from Southeast Asian countries, Japan, China, Australia and the US brought to the conference, which ran from October 21 to 23, their research papers in all areas of communication and information technology.
Engineers, managers, entrepreneurs and government officials discussed experience in tackling challenges in the area over the past time as well as difficulties possibly arising in the future.
The event was co-organised by the National University of Laos and Tokai University of Japan.
