Abdullah bin Zayed receives US State Department official
Abu Dhabi, Nov 3, 2008 (WAM) - UAE Foreign Minister HH Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, received yesterday at the ministry Undersecretary of US State Department for Arms Control and International Security John Rhode in presence of UAE Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Dr Anwar Mohammed Gargash.
They discussed issues of common interest, notably the UAE programme of nuclear energy for civil purposes.
Present also at the meeting were Ambassador Saif Al Ariyani, Undersecretary of the UAE Foreign Ministry, Ambassador Hamad Ali Al Ka'abi, UAE Permanent Representative at the International Atomic Energy Authority and US Ambassador to UAE Richard Je Olson.
