PRESIDENT ILHAM ALIYEV: EAST-WEST ENERGY CORRIDOR AND RESOLUTION OF ENERGY-RELATED
Baku, 8 November,(AzerTAj)“As a result of joint efforts and initiatives of Azerbaijan and Turkey, very important and transnational projects are being implemented in the region.
Successful operation of the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil pipeline serves solidifying stability in region, deepening cooperation, and also strengthens our economic opportunities”, said President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev during his speech in Turkish Grand National Assembly.
The Head of State stressed the East-West energy corridor and resolution of
energy-related questions was impossible without participation of Turkey and
Azerbaijan.”
President Ilham Aliyev also pointed out natural resources of the Caspian Sea are a
new source for the world energy market, adding significance of this will further
increase.”
