AA hands over OANA's term presidency to Russia's Itar-Tass

Anadolu Agency (AA) Director-General Ozturk on Friday handed over the 2013-2016 term presidency to Russia's Itar-Tass Director-General Mihaylov MOSCOW (AA) - Anadolu Agency (AA) Director-General Kemal Ozturk on Friday handed over the 2013-2016 term presidency to Russia's Itar-Tass Director-General Sergey Mihaylov. The 15th General Assembly of OANA, an eponymous network of news agencies in the Asia-Pacific region was held in Moscow. In the meeting held in Moscow, the new chairman and secretary general for the organization were elected. Ozturk handed over the 2013-2016 term presidency to Russia's Itar-Tass Director-General Mihaylov. AA Foreign Relations Director Ercan Gocer handed over chairmanship to Itar-Tass Deputy Director-General Mikhail Gusman. AA chaired OANA for the term 2010-2013.
