Iran’s Women Karate Team Becomes Asian Champion

Tehran, Dec 7, IRNA – Iran’s women karate team became champion of Asia for the first time after defeating China in the final match in the UAE. Iran’s women karate team defeated China 3-0. The Iranian team had defeated Kazakhstan’s team 2-0. Iran’s women karate team won the gold medal after the individuals Hamideh Abbasali won gold, Pegah Zanganeh a silver and three bronzes for Delaram Dousti, Fatemeh Chalaki and Sahar Karaji./end
