AZERBAIJAN CLAIM SUCCESS AT INTERNATIONAL CULINARY FESTIVAL IN CHERNIGOV
Baku, 21 November,(AzerTAj)Azerbaijani chefs have brought home three bronze medals and a cup from an international culinary festival in Chernigov, Ukraine.
Tahir Amiraslanov, Director General of Azerbaijan National Culinary Center and
chairman of UNESCO Traditional Food Committee, said bronzes came in the individual
event - two from Naila Mursalova, and one from Rufat Aliyarov. Another Azeri cook
Idris Amiraslanov was awarded with a diploma after ranking fourth, according to
Tahir Amiraslanov.
In the team event, Azerbaijan won the Chernigov regional cup, a supreme prize of the
festival which saw participation of chefs from Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, France,
Israel, Serbia, Japan, Azerbaijan, Czech and England.
