UKRAINIAN EMBASSY PRESENTS BOOKS ON 1932-33 EVENTS
Baku, 21 November,(AzerTAj)The Embassy of Ukraine in Baku has held a ceremony of presentation of the Azerbaijani version of the books “Golodomor.
Genocide of
Ukrainian People in 1932-1933”, a collection of articles, documents and minutes, and
Semyon Starov`s “Execution by starvation”.
Gennadiy Shalev, Adviser of the Ukrainian Embassy to Azerbaijan said the books`
presentation is being held in the framework of the second international forum
dealing with the 1932-1933 events in Ukraine. According to him, along with the
documents reflecting the tragic events, the books also contain testimonies of their
witnesses who are still alive.
