103 Lao Hmong returned home
(KPL) 103 Hmong people of 29 families who volunteered to return to Laos was handed to the Lao government at the ceremony held in Vientiane on 20 November.
According to the source in Vientiane, families of 8 former leaders of Hmong people in Houinamkao village which Thai government has repatriated on 22 March 2008, has also came with this group.
Some of 103 Hmong people will be sent to the reception center in Bolikhamsay province for education before sending to their hometown.
Mr. Yong Chanthalansy, representative of Lao –Thai Security Co-operation Committee and his Thai counterpart has signed the said handing over agreement.
