Head Of Iraqi Judiciary To Visit Iran

BAGHDAD / NINA / The President of the Federal Supreme Court, Medhat al-Mahmoud is to arrive to the Iranian capital Tehran, heading a significant Iraqi judicial delegation. IRNA cited that the visit comes in response to an invitation by head of the judiciary in Iran , Ayatollah Sadeq Amoli Larijani . " . IRNA added that Mahmoud will meet, during the visit, which lasts four days, senior Iranian officials , including the head of the judiciary, the Attorney General and Minister of Justice to discuss judicial issues and strengthen cooperation in this area ." IRNA continued, "The delegation will also meet with President Hassan Rohani and Speaker Ali Larijani and President of the Expediency Council Ayatollah Hashemi Rafsanjani and Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif, separately." / End 3
