President Rouhani Inaugurates ˈWorld Mosque Dayˈ Confab

Tehran, Sept 1, IRNA – The conference on World Mosque Day opened in presence of President Hassan Rouhani here on Monday. President Rouhani is set to deliver a speech at the gathering. Palestinian Ambassador to Tehran Salah Zawawi and representatives from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Pakistan, Qatar, UAE, Syria and Tunisia embassies in Iran are also are present in the conference. Senior officials including Presidential Office Chief of Staff Mohammad Nahavandian, Special Presidential Aide Hossein Fereidoun, Vice-President and Head of Foundation for Martyrs and Self-Sacrifice Affairs Hojjat al-Eslam Mohammad Ali Shahidi Mahalati are attending the event./end
