Miniator to be marketed next year
Tehran, Dec 14, IRNA Iranian car called Miniator will be marketed next year, announced managing director of Saipa Auto-manufacturing Group here on Saturday.
Speaking to reporters on the sidelines of the ceremony to unveil the
fully domestic-made car, Mehrdad Bazrpash added that the pre-sales of
the sedan will begin in February.
Miniator will be produced in Kashan Saipa Factory with a capacity of
200,000 units annually, Bazrpash said.
"The price of the car will certainly be less than 100 million rials,
but we will try to lower the price to less than 90 million rials," he
said.
The car will have duel-fuel system, he said, noting that its safety
devices is better than those installed in Pride sedan. It is equipped
with air bag, he pointed out.
Bazrpash noted that the product has been made completely by Iranian experts.
