AZERBAIJAN`S DEFENSE MINISTER MEETS NATO DEPUTY SECRETARY GENERAL
Baku, 16 December,(AzerTAj)Defense Minister of Azerbaijan Safar Abiyev met Tuesday
with visiting NATO Deputy Secretary General Claudio Bisogniero.
The Minister briefed the NATO official on the military-political situation in the
region.
Abiyev also told of the reasons why the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict remains unsettled
so far.
They also discussed prospects for NATO-Azerbaijan cooperation.
Claudio Bisogniero praised the level of current relationship between NATO and
Azerbaijan.
