AZERBAIJAN TO BECOME PARTY TO CONVENTION CONCERNING INTERNATIONAL CARRIAGE BY RAIL
Baku, 17 December,(AzerTAj) - Azerbaijan will join the Convention concerning International Carriage by Rail after fulfilling some conditions, Deputy Minister of Transport Musa Panahov told AzerTAc.
Azerbaijani experts have already examined the convention. Azerbaijan have to submit
an application to become a party to the convention. It takes time for member
countries to review the application. Panahov said, “We will make everything possible
so that Azerbaijan and Georgia could accede to the convention before
Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway is commissioned”
