FM MEETS SECRETARY GENERAL OF EGYPTIAN FUND FOR TECHNICAL COOPERATION WITH CIS COUNTRIES

Baku, 17 December,(AzerTAj) - Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov met Monday with Safia Ibrahim Amin, Secretary General of the Fund for Technical Cooperation with CIS countries which operates in the Foreign Ministry of Egypt.

Parties praised the level of current relations between Azerbaijan and Egypt. They
also stressed the necessity of expanding bilateral cooperation even more.
Amin said her Fund carries out several trainings in Azerbaijan with the help of the
country`s Foreign Ministry.
She particularly stressed the necessity of cooperation between the Fund and
Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy.
Mammadyarov stressed the importance of the projects carried out by the Fund for
Technical Cooperation with CIS countries.
The meeting also discussed other issues of mutual interest.
