REGIONAL CONFERENCE ON MARITIME POLLUTION WRAPS UP IN BAKU
Baku, 18 December,(AzerTAj)A regional conference on prevention of maritime pollution has ended in Baku, on December 17.
A three-day conference organized by the Azerbaijan State Maritime Administration and
International Maritime Organization discussed fulfillment the tasks resulting from
the Convention on the Prevention of Marine Pollution by Dumping of Wastes and Other
Matter, and other documents.
The event brought together experts of the International Maritime Organization,
representatives of the Caspian and Black Sea nations and Azerbaijani respective
agencies.
