Italy first commercial partner of Iran: Italy envoy
Rome, Dec 23, IRNA - Italy's Ambassador to Iran Alberto Bradanini said that his country is the first European commercial partner of Iran with more than dlrs six billion of economic and commercial exchanges each year.
In addition to the current exchanges, there are numerous potentials in
this respect, which should be identified in
cooperation with Iran, he told reporters in Rome Monday.
Bradanini, who is currently in Rome, expressed pleasure over the
current level of commercial exchanges between the two countries.
He also called for further development of bilateral ties, especially
in the field of economy.
Rome believes that further expansion of commercial ties will benefit
both sides, he said, noting that it will also play a crucial role in
promoting diplomatic and political relations between Tehran and Rome.
