RUSSIAN AZERBAIJANIS FOR AMENDMENTS IN CONSTITUTION OF AZERBAIJAN

Baku, 30 December,(AzerTAj) Russian Azerbaijanis and members of ARAC wholly are for the constitutional amendments in Republic, Eldar Guliyev, executive director of the All-Russia Azerbaijanis Congress (ARAC) told AzerTAc correspondent.

“We all witness speedy progress in Azerbaijan. Last years the conducted political
and economic reforms, as well as ongoing democratic processes need this line to be
continued. The country is implementing large plans and serious projects. We consider
that it needs longer time than stipulated in the Constitution. The incumbent
President should continue stable development in the country. And therefore, we
consider the decision of the Milli Majlis entirely right and timely adopted. The
decision will ensure political stability, stable development and national security
both in the present time and in the coming years,” Eldar Guliyev underlined.
