SOCAR EXPORTS 1.2 MILLION TONS OF CRUDE OIL FROM NOVOROSSIYSK PORT IN DECEMBER
Baku, January 6 (AzerTAc). Marketing and Financial Operations Department of Azerbaijan`s State Oil Company (SOCAR) exported 82 thousand 506 tons of crude oil from the Novorossiysk port in December 2008.
As of January-December 2008, 1 million 196 thousand 547 tons of oil was exported in this direction. In December, one barrel of Brent crude was sold for US $ 40.35, Ural oil and BTC FOB Ceyhan crude oil for $ 40.03 and $ 41.36 respectively at the world markets.
