Cash donations for Gaza People reach SR 167 Million until afternoon

Riyadh, January 07, SPA -- Cash donations for the campaign of the
Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for the Relief of Palestinian
people in Gaza, recorded here, until this afternoon, more than SR167
million excluded the in-kind donations of food, medical supplies,
medicine, clothes, tents, blankets, quilts and jewelry.

In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Dr. Saed Al-Orabi Al-
Harthi, the Chairman of the campaign, valued the great response from
the princes, officials, businessmen and Saudi people of all ages and
economic groups with the campaign, expressing their solidarity with
the people of Gaza.

He added that the donations are flowing to the raising centers and
headquarters in response to the call of the Custodian of the Two Holy
Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, for the citizens and
expatriates all over the Kingdom to come to help their Palestinian
brethren.
