(KPL) Mr. Thongsing Thammavong, President of the National Assembly of the Lao PDR received in Vientiane on 12 January a courtesy visit of the Singaporean delegation led by Mr. Abdullah Tarmugi, Speaker of the Singaporean Parliament.
Mr. Abdullah Tarmugi led the Singapore delegation to attend the 17th annual meeting of the Asia-Pacific Parliamentary Forum which is being held in Vientiane from 11-15 January.
At the talks, the sides informed each other on development of their countries, especially the activities of their respective legislative bodies in the past as well as at present.
