Mongolia at Asia-Europe Partnership conference

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ In celebration of the 20th anniversary of Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM), an academic conference themed “Enhancing Comprehensive Asia-Europe Partnership in the 21st Century” is being held in Hanoi of Vietnam, initiated by Minister of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam Mr Phạm Bình Minh. Mongolia has been represented by A.Battor, the President's adviser on security and foreign policy. He is to present the expected outcomes of the 11th ASEM Summit that will run in Ulaanbaatar this July. The academic conference has attracted representatives of 40 member-countries of ASEM. On April 19, the Vietnamese FM Phạm Bình Minh received A.Battor to share with him views on the Mongolia-Vietnam relations and cooperation. Mr Minh expressed a willingness to show all support in organizing the 11th ASEM Summit.
