ESTONIAN FIRST LADY VISITS CHILDREN`S POLYCLINIC IN BAKU
Baku, January 14 (AzerTAc). First Lady of Estonia Evelin Ilves visited the children's polyclinic No1 in the Nasimi District, Baku.
First Lady viewed the photographs reflecting care shown for children by national leader Heydar Aliyev, President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady of Azerbaijan, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva.
Evelin Ilve toured clynic`s labs, dental, surgical units and other facilities here.
The clinic serves 30,000 children. It employs 230 workers. In accordance with President Ilham Aliyev`s order, electronic health cards have been applied here. A new card is created for every new-born baby. The information about babies is stored in the database. This technology has been applied for the first time in Eurasia
Ilves highly valued this system and wished medical workers every success in their work.
