SEVEN PIPELINES TRANSPORT AZERBAIJAN`S OIL AND GAS TO WORLD MARKETS
Baku, January 17 (AzerTAc). “We have successfully coped with all the tasks with respect to diversification of export energy routes.
Today, there are seven oil and gas pipelines transporting Azerbaijan`s oil and gas to the world markets, all of
them are under operation”, Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev said Friday, at a
meeting with the Cabinet of Ministers to sum up socio-economic results of 2008. The
President stressed that today, energy issues are top on the world`s agenda, and that
all countries, first of all Azerbaijan, which are able to provide their energy
security will feel themselves comfortable and go ahead with confidence in the coming
years.
