HH the Emir of Qatar Leaves Mauritania

Nouakchott, July 25 (QNA) - HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani left the Islamic Republic of Mauritania this afternoon after taking part in the opening session of the meetings of the 27th Session of the Arab League Council at the summit level held in Nouakchott. HH the Emir and his accompanying delegation were seen off at the Nouakchott International Airport by Mauritanian Prime Minister, Yahya Ould Hademine, and Qatar's Ambassador to Mauritania, HE Abdulrahman bin Ali Al-Kubaisi. HH the Emir was accompanied for the summit by an official delegation. HH the Emir sent a cable to President of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, Mohamed Ould Abdel Aziz, expressing gratitude and appreciation for the warm reception and great hospitality that HH and the accompanying delegation received during the participation in the 27th Arab League Summit, which outcomes would contribute to enhancing Arab solidarity and support joint Arab action to meet the challenges faced by the Arab nation and achieve the aspirations of our peoples. HH the Emir also expressed his best wishes of good health, happiness and continued success for the Mauritanian President and further progress and prosperity for the brotherly Mauritanian people.
