NATIONAL BANK OF AZERBAIJAN SEARCHING FOR NEW FORMS OF MORTGAGE MARKET
Baku, January 18 (AzerTAc). Chairman of the National Bank`s Board Elman Rustamov
said supply cannot match demand in the real estate market in Azerbaijan. The
National Bank is searching for the new forms of mortgage market and ways of its
commercialization in order to meet people`s demand for houses and take care for over
300,000 people working in the construction sector.
According to the chairman, the government can be an active stakeholder in this market.
