Baku, January 18 (AzerTAc). The Ministry of Communication and Information
Technologies is preparing for establishment of the Regional Innovation Zones.
These zones will help apply high technologies, develop SMEs, attract foreign
investors into the ICT sector, develop human resources and facilitate software
