Baku, January 19 (AzerTAc). President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan today received the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs Yuri Merzlyakov (Russia), Bernard Fassier (France), Matthew Bryza (the United States) and Personal Envoy of the OSCE Chairman-in-office Andzei Kaspshik.
