KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 24 (Bernama) -- Famous Amos Chocolate Chip Cookie Corporation has given its assurances that none of its products were contaminated from dough containing peanut butter imported from the United States of America.
According to a press statement by the company Friday, all Famous Amos
outlets selling cookies were not affected by the American product recall.
"We are currently providing full cooperation to the Health Ministry who are
still conducting further tests to validate this fact," stated the press
statement.
The statement further reiterated that food safety was the utmost priority of
the brand.
