Restaurants' Cooking Competition Held

Pyongyang, November 25 (KCNA) -- Restaurants' cooking competition in local areas were held at Sinhung Restaurant on Nov. 23 and 24. The competition was sponsored by the Central Committee of the Korean Association of Cooks. Sinhung Jangsu, Amnokgang, Okgye, Kyongam, Songdowon, Amnok and Waudo restaurants and Kanggye Noodle House took part in the competition. The competition was held by way of experience presentation and the examination of cooking made by cooks selected from every unit on spots. Presented to the competition were dishes by using grain, meat, fish and vegetables. Sinhung Restaurant took the first place at the competition. -0-
