AZERBAIJAN FUTSAL TEAM WINS INTERNATIONAL TOURNAMENT
Baku, January 29 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijani futsal team won a cup at the 2nd international tournament ended in Baku.
In the final, the Azeri team beat Moldova 4-2.
The closing ceremony brought together famous football players of the Soviet period,
including Alexander Chivadze, Vladimir Maslachenko and Nikolay Bogdanov.
Addressing the event, secretary general of the Association of Football Federations
of Azerbaijan (AFFA) Elkhan Mammadov spoke of futsal development in the country.
