This year, the festival will see 185 participants from 28 countries and 518

participating countries were Australia, New Zealand, Japan, France, Germany,
China and England.

In a statement Friday, he said that Portugal, Brazil and Hong Kong which
were taking part in the kite festival, were newcomers.
