Kazakhstan’s new development model will ensure solid achievements, Chinese experts say, and the concrete plan for it is outlined in President Nursultan Nazarbayev’s address to nation. According to analysts, the strategic plan will let Kazakhstan become one of the world’s developed countries.

I think that the President’s address provides a concrete evaluation of the situation in the world and, in particular, in Kazakhstan. The Kazakh President said: ‘Only those nations that anticipate the future and face challenges will win’.

The two counties’ entrepreneurs make every effort to strengthen business relations. Ukrainian experts say that the goals set in Nursultan Nazarbayev’s address would give new impetus to Kazakh-Ukrainian cooperation.

Nursultan Nazarbayev’s addresses mark the milestones of Kazakhstan’s history, I would say. The goals set by President Nazarbayev are concrete and feasible. They are implemented even ahead of deadline.
Kazakh entrepreneurs also note that Kazakhstan is entering a new era of economic development. The role of public private partnership with investments attraction is growing. Ten new projects have been launched as part of PPP in Almaty since the beginning of this year.
