Malaysia And South Korea To Revise Moa On Green Technology

KUALA LUMPUR, March 22 (Bernama) -- Malaysia's Energy, Green Technology and Water Ministry and its South Korean counterpart have agreed to revise the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on green technology cooperation by June this year. The MOA, signed in September 2010, is a framework for energy cooperation between Malaysia and South Korea through the ministry and the International Trade and Industry Ministry, respectively. "This decision was made during a meeting with my counterpart in South Korea, Joo Hyung-hwan in Jeju Island on March 17," said its minister Dr Maximus Ongkili in a statement here Tuesday night. Ongkili was on a three-day working trip to Seoul and Jeju Island. --BERNAMA
