PRESIDENT OF AZERBAIJAN RECEIVES CREDENTIALS OF NEWLY APPOINTED AMBASSADOR OF YEMEN

Baku, February 6 (AzerTAc). President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received the
credentials of newly appointed ambassador of Yemen to the country Jamal Abdullah
Al-Sallal.

They had a conversation, and the ambassador conveyed the greetings and best wishes
from his country`s President Ali Abdullah Saleh to Ilham Aliyev.
According to him, the people of Yemen remember Azerbaijan`s national leader Heydar
Aliyev with great respect.
The Ambassador wished Azerbaijani people further prosperity and progress under the
leadership of President Ilham Aliyev.
President Ilham Aliyev described the level of relations between the two countries as
good.
The Head of State expressed confidence that during the ambassador`s tenure bilateral
cooperation would continue to develop successfully.
He asked the ambassador to extend his best wishes to Ali Abdullah Saleh.
