KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 7 (Bernama) -- InfoWatch Group, a Russian enterprise cyber security product vendor, expects to set up representative offices in Southeast Asia to meet the increasing demand for data protection solutions and methods of countering threats in the digital world in the region.
A participant of the ongoing International Fire and Security Exhibition and Conference Southeast Asia (IFSEC) 2017 in Kuala Lumpur, the company said the exhibition was an ideal platform for it to present its latest information security solutions for organisations in the region.
InfoWatch Group Director of International Sales Vladimir Shutemov said the exhibition was an ideal platform for the company to show representatives from the public sector and leading enterprises in the region modern technologies in the field of data protection and ways to counter digital threats.
He said the company's solutions were working perfectly for the Malaysian market, and had also been tested for different markets.
"Moreover, our personal data protection solution is a real requirement in Malaysia, " he told Bernama News Channel here Wednesday.
Vladmir said InfoWatch would present comprehensive solutions to prevent information leaks and protect businesses from internal threats and targeted cyber attacks on the local market.
The company's booth at the exhibition will also display the latest version of the flagship InfoWatch Traffic Monitor solution to prevent information leaks and protect organisations from internal threats related to information security.
Also for the first time, the IFSEC conference will present a study of leakage of confidential information from organisations in Southeast Asia, South Korea, India and Bangladesh, prepared by the InfoWatch Analytical Centre.
With more than 350 world-renowned brands on the show floor, trade visitors and industry professionals at the IFSEC 2017 will have access to the latest products and technology available in the market.
Organised by United Business Media, the three-day seminar and IFSEC Technology Showcase, which began here Wednesday, are expected to provide in-depth knowledge of products and case studies for the visitors.
