Baku, February 17 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijan`s ministry of communication and information
technologies has issued new postal stamps marking Baku`s declaration as the Islamic
culture capital for 2009.
Reading: “Islamic culture capital” the stamps feature Azerbaijan`s landmark Old City.
The stamps were issued by the Belarusian Dom Pechati publishing house with a
circulation of one million copies.
