Baku, February 22 (AzerTAc). Russia granted permission to 20 Azerbaijani ships to sail in its territorial waters, Chief of the Azerbaijan State Caspian Sea Shipping company (CASPAR) Aydin Bashirov said.
Russia put a lid on navigation of vessels aged over 30 through its territorial waters
Bashirov noted 16 Azerbaijani dry cargo ships are now in the Black Sea. Caspar is
