Yemeni-Tajik health ministries sign cooperation agreement

DUSHANBE, Feb. 27 (Saba)- A cooperation agreement was signed on
Friday in the Tajik capital, Dushanbe, between Yemen Ministry of
Public Health and Population and the Tajik Ministry of Health.

The agreement was signed by Minister of Public Health and Population
Numan al-Suhaibi and his Tajik counterpart Nasr-Allah Saleem,

The agreement included exchanging visits, scientific information and
medical conference, and providing health cadres.

According to the agreement, the Health Ministry of Tajikistan will
grant scholarships for Yemeni according to an agreed upon mechanism,
in addition to cooperation in the field of providing services in the
different medical fields and encouraging in investment in the health
sector.

The agreement also include forming a technical committee to follow
up implementation of agreements and activating the bilateral
cooperation.
