ANA to launch daily Kansai-Gimpo flights in May+

TOKYO, March 11 Kyodo -
All Nippon Airways Co. said Wednesday it will launch daily flights between
Kansai International Airport in Osaka Prefecture and Seoul's Gimpo airport in
May to meet demand from the increasing number of passengers traveling to South
Korea on the yen's appreciation against the won.

ANA currently has a code-sharing deal for the route with South Korea's Asiana
Airlines.
The Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Ministry said the same day it
has newly granted South Korea's Jeju Air access to Japan.
From March 20, Jeju Air will operate daily flights between Kansai and Seoul's
Incheon airport and three weekly flights between Kitakyushu Airport in Fukuoka
Prefecture and Seoul's Incheon.
