AZERBAIJAN`S MINISTER OF INTERIOR AFFAIRS MEETS COMMANDER OF TURKISH GENDARMERIE

Baku, March 11 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijan`s Minister of Interior Affairs, colonel-general
Ramil Usubov met army general Atilla Isik, Commander of the Turkish Gendarmerie, on
March 11, Ministry`s press service said.

Mr. Usubov briefed the prospects of cooperation between the two countries` interior
bodies, the training center of the interior troops built in Gala settlement and the
material and technical support of the Turkish Gendarmerie to the interior troops of
Azerbaijani Interior Affairs Ministry.
Mr. Isik praised the cooperation between the two countries` structures and expressed
readiness of Turkish Gendarmerie to further render assistance to Azerbaijan.
Turkey`s Ambassador to Azerbaijan Hulusi Kilic, Deputies of the Minister of Interior
Affairs Vilayat Eyvazov, Oruc Zalov, Zakir Hasanov and other officials were present
at the meeting.
