Baku, 13 March (AzerTAc) Observation mission of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) will monitor the forthcoming referendum in Azerbaijan.
Members of the group were became known during the organization`s bureau meeting.
The delegation headed by Belgian MP Villy will arrive in Baku on March 15.
